It is extremely important to our setting that staff keep up to date with training and development within early years education. All staff regularly attend external training sessions each year as well as take part in regular in-house training. All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Asthma care, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection/Safeguarding.

We regularly welcome students and other practitioners into our setting where we share and celebrate good practice.
