Ss Peter and Paul's Catholic Academy is part of the Pax Christi Catholic Partnership.
They provide education for children starting in Reception up through to Year 6. After year 6, the children transfer to St Benet Biscop in Bedlington to continue their education.

How our provision fits...
Our very youngest children, found in Two Little Dickie Birds, are located in what was formerly the caretaker's bungalow which is within the school grounds of Ss Peter and Paul's.
From there, they can move into our mobile classroom next door which is set up for 3 and 4 year olds. After this, children move onto the preschool classroom found within the school itself next door to the Reception classroom.
This ensures a very smooth and successful transition into school when children move on.
How it works...
Although we share the site and grounds, Ss Peter and Paul's Catholic Academy and our provision are run and managed separately by different leaders. This does not stop us from working together - our children in pre-school take part in whole school prayers and mass at the nearby parish church. We join up with reception for some events and join in with some of the school's activities during the year.
